I was admitted to the hospital on October 8 for an occluder implantation operation. In the cardiac surgery department, Larisa Yuryevna Kalashnikova was my attending physician. The doctor examined me before the operation, listened attentively, and ordered a cardiac CT scan. She explained why a planned operation is necessary for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and told me what the treatment plan was.
