Having trouble booking?
If you encounter any problems during the booking process, please contact the Center's administrators:
Please note: this service does not include prescribing medication or issuing a doctor's report.
It is a remote consultation during which the doctor reviews the medical documents you provide, answers your questions, explains the specifics of your condition, describes modern methods of diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation, and helps determine the next steps to take.
An expert opinion can be helpful if you have already been diagnosed and want a specialist's second opinion, need help understanding your test results, want to clarify possible treatment options, want recommendations after treatment or surgery, or if you live in another region and cannot come for an in-person visit.
No. During an online consultation the doctor does not make a diagnosis or prescribe treatment. The specialist provides an expert opinion, answers your questions, explains the specifics of your condition and, if needed, recommends further tests or an in-person visit.
We recommend preparing in advance discharge summaries from medical institutions, test results, specialists' reports, CT, MRI, ultrasound and other examination results, and a list of medications you are taking (if any). Also prepare a list of questions you would like to discuss with the doctor.
Choose a quiet place where no one will distract you, and check your internet connection, camera and microphone in advance. Prepare your medical documents and list of questions — this will help make the consultation as useful as possible.
If connection problems occur during the consultation, it can be rescheduled to another convenient time once the technical issues are resolved.
Yes. With your consent, a close relative can take part in the consultation. This helps you better absorb the information and not miss any important recommendations from the doctor.
Not always. If an in-person examination or additional tests are needed to assess your condition, the doctor will let you know during the consultation.
Online consultations are available in the Clinic's leading specialties: cardiology and cardiovascular surgery, urology and oncourology, obstetrics, gynecology and gynecologic oncology, surgery, oncology and chemotherapy.
Book an online consultation or get in touch with our administrators. We'll help you choose the right specialist, answer any organizational questions, and explain how to prepare for the consultation.
