The Center of Cardiac Surgery provides specialized, including high-tech medical care included in the Program of state guarantees for the provision of free medical care to citizens of the Russian Federation insured in the system of compulsory medical Insurance of Russia.
The Center provides all the main types of surgical treatment of diseases of the cardiovascular system according to compulsory medical insurance and federal quotas.
A ticket for the federal quota can be issued by our institution. In most cases, the patient does not need to contact the local Health Department. Patients living in the Rostov region must submit a package of documents to the Ministry of Health in the city of Rostov-on-Don.
