Preparing for hospitalization involves several important stages, and at every one of them the administrators of the Cardiac Surgery Center will provide you with the support you need.

You should only start the preoperative examinations once you know your hospitalization date.
Preparation stages:
1. Consultation with a cardiac surgeon:
At this stage, the doctor will confirm whether surgical treatment is necessary.
2. Confirming the hospitalization date:
A Center administrator will call you to choose and confirm your hospitalization date.
3. Receiving the list of preoperative examinations:
Once the hospitalization date is confirmed, a list of the required examinations will be sent to your email.
4. Completing the examinations:
Complete all examinations, making sure the results will still be valid on the date of hospitalization.
5. Sending the results:
Once the examinations are complete, send the results to the administrator by email at hospital@spbu.ru
6. Arriving at the clinic:
Arrive on the scheduled day. Please note that the admission process may take some time due to the discharge of other patients. The Center's staff will do their best to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.

Failure to complete the required preoperative preparation may result in your hospitalization being denied.
