Vologda

This year, I started experiencing severe chest pain—even while resting. I couldn’t do any physical activity. I first went to a hospital in Vologda, where they told me they couldn’t perform a stenting procedure and that I would need major open-heart surgery. I was referred to St. Petersburg, where Dr. Gleb Irlamovich Kim treated me. He’s an incredibly knowledgeable specialist—thank you so much! During testing, they discovered I had cardiomyopathy, and open-heart surgery would have been too risky. Dr. Kim coordinated everything and made sure I could get a coronary artery stent instead. I’m feeling great now! He’s not only an excellent doctor but a wonderful person. He also gave me detailed instructions and recommendations to follow at home.
