I came from the Karachay-Cherkess Republic for coronary artery bypass surgery. The operation was performed brilliantly by [...], and throughout my stay in the department, my attending physician was cardiologist Nikita Sergeyevich Remizov. I would like to express special gratitude for his professionalism, detailed consultations, politeness, and tact. Nikita Sergeyevich always found time to explain my current condition, test results, treatment plan, and the immediate outlook in a clear and understandable way. There was not a single unclear point — the doctor answered every question patiently and thoroughly. At discharge, Dr. Remizov gave me detailed advice and recommendations for recovery. Communication was always extremely correct, respectful, and friendly. The doctor monitored my condition, regularly came on rounds, asked how I was feeling, and was always open to discussion. I would also like to highlight the entire department: all the staff of the cardiac surgery department — nurses, orderlies, and junior medical staff — are incredibly polite, caring, and responsive. The department is exceptionally clean and orderly, creating a feeling of comfort and calm, which is very important during such serious treatment.
