On April 3, 2025, I underwent heart surgery in the cardiac surgery department. Aortic valve replacement was performed. I want to express my immense gratitude to my attending physician, Ilshat Shamilievich Asadullin. He is a top-level professional and a wonderful person—calm and patient. Upon discharge, he gave detailed recommendations and clearly explained which medications I needed to take and how. He also gave kind parting words for the future. Thank you many, many times! I also cannot help but thank all the staff of the cardiac surgery and intensive care departments for their excellent work, responsiveness, dedication, care, and kindness!
