I have been treated for arrhythmia for several years in different clinics and by different doctors. My condition had only been worsening year by year — until last year, when I saw Dr. Vera Valeryevna. She was able to properly understand my condition and adjust my treatment. Now my state has significantly improved. She conducts examinations attentively, orders all necessary tests and consultations with other specialists, and answers all questions clearly and thoroughly. My overall impression of this doctor is excellent. I definitely recommend Dr. Vera Valeryevna to everyone suffering from arrhythmia. I especially appreciated her sincere attitude toward patients, her willingness to help, her humanity combined with high professionalism. She always remembers everything and even prepares in advance for each patient’s appointment. A wonderful doctor.

A complex operation was required due to very poor blood vessels. We consulted several clinics, and only here, at the Pirogov Clinic, were we given hope and taken on for CABG surgery. The operation was successful — another life saved. The attending physician, Gleb Irlamovich, is a specialist from God — people like him are born, not made. He explained all the nuances before the operation and told me how to behave afterward. I am very glad that I ended up under his care. May such specialists be granted the strongest health and only successful operations! Thank you very much!

I came in with arterial hypertension with a crisis course. The doctor reviewed my medical history and ordered new examinations (which had not been prescribed before). My therapy was adjusted. The doctor has excellent knowledge in her field.

I sought help from Dr. Vera Valeryevna due to heaviness behind the sternum and shortness of breath. She explained the treatment plan clearly and understandably; I had no remaining questions. She helped me greatly, and I have only positive impressions of this doctor. If it had not been for her, I do not know what would have happened to me. She is a doctor from God and a wonderful person. Thanks to her, everything is well with me now. What I appreciated in Dr. Vera Valeryevna was her responsiveness, compassion, intelligence, involvement, and absolute knowledge of her field.

Hello everyone. My story began in August 2024. I urgently needed coronary stenting. At my local hospital, I was persuaded to undergo the procedure there. During the operation, I suffered an acute myocardial infarction, and an additional stent was placed in a healthy vessel. I blame no one but myself — I sought help too late, and the vessel was 99% blocked. In January 2026, the story repeated itself with another vessel, also 99% blocked. My surgeon explained what he would do, which stent would be used, its size and placement. At that time, doctors from the Pirogov Center came to our city for consultations. I attended a consultation. The doctor suggested an alternative approach for stent placement, including its size and positioning. I did not want a repeat of the 2024 situation and decided to go to the Pirogov Center in St. Petersburg. I was admitted. The atmosphere in the center was friendly and caring. On February 3, 2025, I was on the operating table. A surgeon approached — I did not know it was Anton Viktorovich. From his first words, I felt care and a genuine desire to help. He controlled the entire process from beginning to end, telling me when I would need to endure discomfort, when pain might increase, and when it would subside. He responded attentively to my complaints of pain and answered my fear-driven questions. In less than an hour, everything was over. There were no complications, no heart attack. The pain subsided, I could breathe freely, and I calmed down. The next morning I felt like a healthy person and returned to my hometown later that day. The following day, I called the center and spoke with Anton Viktorovich. He explained in detail which stent was placed, its size and location. He said that his main task had been to prevent a heart attack — and he handled it brilliantly. I was happy after speaking with him because I finally received the answer to the question that had troubled me since August 2024. Anton Viktorovich, please forgive me for my doubts — it is natural for patients to feel this way. Many thanks as well to Ilshat Shamilevich for his consultation. He did not promise anything, simply outlined one possible option, which is why I chose to come to the center. Anton Viktorovich, I wish you many grateful patients. You are the best people on Earth.
