City of Bryansk

I made an appointment with Maksim Sergeevich Kamenskikh during his visit to the city of Bryansk, as recommended by my attending physician. The doctor advised me to get on the waiting list for surgery. In March 2025, I received a call for the operation. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the wonderful cardiac surgeon Maksim Sergeevich Kamenskikh for his tremendous work in helping people regain their health and happiness. Thank you for your professionalism, your kindness, sincere care, and compassion.

For 20 years, I had been suffering from heart rhythm disturbances and arrhythmia. About six years ago, my condition sharply worsened—I could no longer handle everyday physical activity. In September 2024, I began a medical evaluation. An echocardiogram revealed cardiomyopathy and showed that my heart was functioning at only 12%. I was told I needed a heart transplant. But everywhere I turned, I was denied. Through acquaintances, I learned about the Pirogov High Medical Technologies Clinic. I was consulted by Gleb Irlamovich Kim and admitted to their hospital. They examined me, performed a coronary angiography and echocardiogram, and discovered that the issue was actually a rhythm disorder. They shocked my heart, gave me medications—and I came back to life! I feel fantastic now! I haven’t felt this way in a long time. Gleb Irlamovich is an outstanding specialist! Thank you so much!

In September, my condition worsened. I developed shortness of breath during everyday activities and experienced pressing chest pain. I went to a cardiologist and underwent an examination. During the last visit, the cardiologist said that there were serious heart problems and referred me to the regional hospital for a coronary angiography. The angiography revealed stenoses in the coronary arteries. I was referred to the Pirogov Clinic in Saint Petersburg for heart surgery. My doctor was Gleb Irlamovich Kim. He also performed the surgery. A wonderful specialist! I can only say good things about him! A kind and compassionate person! He supported me both in word and in action. He performed the surgery excellently! I feel great now! My deepest heartfelt thanks!

I would like to leave a review about a remarkable doctor whom I will be grateful to for the rest of my life! We came to Gleb Irlamovich from Bryansk. We were accepted under life-threatening conditions. My father had a heart attack, and we arrived late. Considering his medical history (4 strokes and heart attacks previously endured without hospitalization), his condition was severe. Thanks to Dr. Gleb Irlamovich and his team, the surgery went successfully! 🙏🙏🙏 Three bypasses were placed. His condition remained critical. Prolonged anesthesia had consequences after the strokes. But as a result, thanks to competent treatment and the doctor’s exceptional attitude—along with the care of the entire department—we are now home! And my father is feeling great! On April 3, 2025, I underwent heart surgery in the cardiac surgery department. Aortic valve replacement was performed. I want to express my immense gratitude to my attending physician, Ilshat Shamilievich Asadullin. He is a top-level professional and a wonderful person—calm and patient. Upon discharge, he gave detailed recommendations and clearly explained which medications I needed to take and how. He also gave kind parting words for the future. Thank you many, many times! I also cannot help but thank all the staff of the cardiac surgery and intensive care departments for their excellent work, responsiveness, dedication, care, and kindness!
