Hello. I am writing this review on behalf of my father, A. A. Emelyanov, who was referred on June 5, 2026, for scheduled hospitalization at the Pirogov Clinic on Fontanka, St. Petersburg State University, for CABG surgery. The operation was performed by Dr. Gleb Irlamovich Kim as part of a cardiac surgery team. On behalf of my father, I would like to thank Dr. Kim for the high-quality CABG surgery performed on June 9, 2026. I would especially like to note the doctor’s attentiveness to the patient, his positive attitude, and his smile, which also helped the patient feel more positive and reduced anxiety before such a serious operation. The doctor answered all questions before and after the surgery. Only positive impressions remained from the hospitalization. This is undoubtedly thanks to the doctors and the entire medical staff of the clinic.

I suffered a heart attack in 2000 without realizing it at the time, and then in 2025 I had another heart attack. In February 2025, an echocardiogram showed a serious reduction in ejection fraction and scar changes in the myocardium. I was hospitalized in a cardiology department, where a stent was placed, but I did not feel better, and the ejection fraction remained just as low. I was helped only at the Pirogov Clinic on Fontanka. I was hospitalized on June 9, 2026. An echocardiogram and coronary angiography were performed, and the results were discouraging — the damage was serious. Still, the decision was made to perform surgery. On June 11, I underwent surgery. The next day, I was transferred from the ICU to the ward, and recovery went quickly. Alexey Alexandrovich Filippov was always nearby. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, visited me, and changed my dressings. Many thanks to Alexey Alexandrovich for the excellent surgery, care, and attention. I will recommend this doctor to everyone. What I liked: The location, the attitude of all clinic staff, and the care.

I arrived in St. Petersburg, at the Pirogov Clinic, on referral from the cardiology department in Taganrog. On the very first day, I was admitted to the cardiac surgery department. The next day, I underwent coronary artery bypass surgery. My attending physician, Ilshat Shamilevich Asadullin, explained everything related to the surgery and the postoperative period very clearly and accessibly. He also explained how I should behave afterward. He is a very attentive and professional doctor. I am grateful to Ilshat Shamilevich for his kindness and understanding. Hello. I suffered from high blood pressure for many years. I was treated in different hospitals, but no one could find the right therapy for me.
