Upon arrival at the Pirogov Clinic, I was placed under the care of cardiologist Dr. Yulia Dmitrievna Provotorova. I visited a cardiologist because of heart pain. After a full examination, it was decided that I needed coronary artery bypass surgery. Such operations are not performed in our city, so all my medical records were sent to the N.I. Pirogov Clinic, and I was urgently invited for a scheduled admission. My attending doctor was Dr. Gleb Irlamovich Kim, who carefully studied all my test results and analyses, thoroughly explained the upcoming operation, and paid attention to my other health conditions. The surgery went well. Upon discharge, Dr. Kim provided recommendations for further rehabilitation. I really liked the doctor — he has golden hands. What I liked: The precise and well-coordinated work of the entire staff. Attentive, responsive, and kind people.

I express my deepest gratitude to cardiac surgeon Dr. D. V. Shmatov for saving my life! I sincerely thank him from the bottom of my heart. In my case, he was both the lead surgeon, assisting Dr. V. V. Balakhonov, and my attending physician. It all began with blood pressure problems. After a heart ultrasound, I heard the frightening words: “You need surgery.” I was very scared, but the doctors instilled such confidence and calmness that all doubts disappeared. The clinic itself assigned the attending physician, surgeon, and assisting surgeon. What I liked: The operation was successful — a new valve was implanted, and an aneurysm was removed. I would like to separately thank the entire department staff: the operating surgeon, anesthesiologist, and all members of the medical team. This is work of the highest class and perfect teamwork.
