Consent to the Processing of Personal Data Collected via Analytics Services

By continuing to use the website heartteamspb.com, I — hereinafter «the Personal Data Subject» — in fulfillment of the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data», hereby give my consent to the Personal Data Operator (St. Petersburg State University) to process my personal data, including: website traffic, user behavioral factors (including pages viewed, page view depth, date, time and duration of visits, geolocation), type of device used, device operating system and browser type, traffic source, information about search or advertising queries, completed forms and achieved conversions (metrics of completed targeted user actions), and I consent to the collection of the specified data using the Yandex Metrika service.

By personal data processing I understand collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, clarification, updating, modification, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction, indefinite storage, and any other actions (operations) of the Personal Data Operator with personal data as provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The processing of the Personal Data Subject's personal data is carried out for the following purposes: analysis of user behavior, aggregation of statistical data on website traffic over selected time periods, analysis of website traffic dynamics, assessment of traffic source effectiveness, assessment of user conversions (metrics of completed targeted actions), improving the usability and quality of the website, and obtaining statistical information. Data collected using the specified web analytics system may be transferred to the owner of such system (Yandex LLC, TIN 7736207543, OGRN 1027700229193, address: 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021, Russia).

Personal data of the Personal Data Subject may be processed using automation tools and/or without the use of automation tools in accordance with current Russian legislation.

St. Petersburg State University takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination, and other unlawful actions with respect to personal data, and also undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the Personal Data Subject's personal data.

This consent is valid from the moment data collection begins using the Yandex Metrika service until the purpose of personal data processing is achieved or consent is revoked.

Consent may be revoked by means of a written application submitted to the Personal Data Operator.
