In 2019, I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation. In May 2025, the disease progressed to persistent atrial fibrillation. I was referred to the clinic by an arrhythmologist, where Vasily Vasilyevich Balakhonov was appointed as my attending physician. Vasily Vasilyevich is a very attentive and compassionate doctor. He explained in detail the nature of the disease and the further treatment plan. After the treatment he prescribed and the surgery that followed, my condition improved significantly. I express my deep gratitude to him and wish him strong health and continued success in his work.

• Atrial Fibrillation (AF)

CABG–RCA, CABG–OM (LCx), and LIMA–LAD bypass grafting were performed under cardiopulmonary bypass and cardioplegia. The surgery was successful. The doctor was always available, attentive to the patient, and explained the rehabilitation process step by step.

• Coronary artery bypass grafting

I was greatly troubled by shortness of breath and heart pain. I went to a clinic, from where I was sent for coronary angiography. The doctors reviewed the results and said that heart surgery (coronary artery bypass surgery) was necessary. I was sent to St. Petersburg. Here, at the Clinic of High Medical Technologies, I received a warm welcome. Everything was explained and shown to me. My surgeon was Gleb Irlamovich Kim, a wonderful doctor who is very polite and pleasant. He explained everything before the operation. I liked everything very much. After the surgery, I feel excellent. I recommend Gleb Irlamovich as a highly qualified specialist. After the operation, he regularly monitored me and changed my dressings—in general, he helped me get back on my feet very quickly. What I liked: The food, the attitude toward patients, and the care.

• Coronary artery bypass grafting

His professional attitude and expertise inspire confidence and calmness, which contributes to faster recovery. I liked everything—from our first meeting to the final farewell. He was always accessible and provided a professional, individualized approach to every concern. The doctor examined me and asked about my condition and the effects of the medications every day.
