Our whole family expresses our deepest heartfelt gratitude to the cardiac surgeons [...], Ilshat Sh. Asadullin, [...] and all the medical staff of the Center of Cardiac Surgery and Interventional Cardiology of the N. I. Pirogov Clinic of High Medical Technologies for saving my father’s life! After my father underwent coronary angiography in our hometown, we were advised that coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) was necessary. We began searching for a cardiac center to perform the surgery. The waiting time for a federal quota at other cardiac centers was several months, while the operation had to be performed as soon as possible. After sending the documents to the Center of Cardiac Surgery and Interventional Cardiology of the N. I. Pirogov Clinic of High Medical Technologies, we quickly received a conclusion confirming the need for CABG and were assigned a hospitalization date only a month later. On October 2, 2025, my father was admitted to the Center of Cardiac Surgery and Interventional Cardiology. On the same day, he underwent repeat coronary angiography and open-heart bypass surgery. The operation ended at 9:30 p.m., and our attending physician, Ilshat Sh. Asadullin, kindly called us and informed us that the surgery had gone successfully. At 8 a.m. the next morning, he called again to report my father’s condition. There are no words to express our gratitude for such a caring attitude toward patients and their families! Dr. Asadullin is a highly professional doctor, intelligent, an excellent person, always attentive and tactful. He listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and his words inspire confidence that transfers to the patient. You feel calm knowing your loved one’s life is in good hands. Throughout the postoperative period, my father was surrounded by care and attention: Dr. Asadullin visited him several times a day, was constantly in touch with our family, the nurses responded instantly to any request, and all the staff of the department showed incredible kindness and responsiveness. All this gives patients confidence in their speedy recovery! Thanks to your coordinated work and support, they receive not only qualified medical care but also genuine compassion. On behalf of our entire family, I express heartfelt gratitude for your highest professionalism, attention, and humanity. We are endlessly grateful to everyone who was there. Your professionalism, compassion, and responsiveness give people a second chance at life — and that is priceless! You are an incredible team! At the beginning of June, I was diagnosed with a heart attack. Due to certain circumstances, in July I was referred to your clinic. On August 8, I was hospitalized, and the same day I underwent heart bypass surgery. I was under the care of Dr. Yulia D. Provotorova. The operation went successfully. My doctor did her work with great quality. I am deeply grateful to you for your attitude toward your patients — toward us. On October 6, 2025, I was admitted to the Pirogov Clinic for a scheduled procedure, and on October 7, I underwent a minimally invasive heart vessel stenting surgery. The operation was performed by the remarkable surgeon Dr. Alexey Sergeyevich Vasilyev. It was my first experience of this kind. I felt a bit nervous in the operating room, but Dr. Alexey Sergeyevich reassured me with his words and gave me confidence that I was in good hands. The operation was successfully completed — as they say among naval pilots, it was “top-class flying!” After the procedure, Dr. Vasilyev spoke with me, explained my anatomical features, told me what type of stent was used, and gave detailed recommendations for recovery. I am currently feeling well. Alexey Sergeyevich, thank you so much! You are a surgeon from God! I wish you good health, success, and new professional achievements! On October 6, 2025, I was admitted to the Pirogov Clinic for a scheduled heart vessel stenting procedure. The preparation for the operation, as well as further observation and treatment, were handled by the wonderful cardiologist Dr. Larisa Yuryevna Kalashnikova. From the very first minute, Dr. Larisa Yuryevna carefully reviewed all my medical records, listened attentively, examined me, reassured me, and gave me a positive mindset for the operation. On October 7, a stent was placed in one of my heart vessels. I feel much better now and am undergoing rehabilitation. I express my heartfelt gratitude to this outstanding cardiologist — a wonderful person and a doctor — Larisa Yuryevna Kalashnikova.
