I came to Pirogov Clinic for a pacemaker implantation and was treated by Dr. Anton Andreevich Sheremet, who also performed my surgery. Dr. Sheremet was patient, thorough, and provided exceptional care. I highly recommend both the clinic and him! A huge thank you to the entire team for their support, especially Dr. Sheremet.

In 2023-2024, I experienced episodes of increased heart rate, with the last one causing loss of consciousness. My doctor recommended that I see a cardiologist-electrophysiologist for further examination. I scheduled an appointment at the Pirogov Clinic in October 2024. After my consultation with cardiologist Givorg O.V. and a review of my medical records, I was recommended for an RFA procedure. I was hospitalized on February 20, 2025. Everything, from my initial consultation to being admitted to my room, happened very quickly. Once in my room, I met my attending physician, Anton Andreevich Sheremet, who informed me that my procedure would take place later that day. At 5:00 PM on February 20, 2025, my RFA procedure was performed. At every stage of the preparation, I witnessed the well-coordinated teamwork of the cardiology department. I want to give special thanks to Anton Andreevich Sheremet for his attentiveness and kind attitude before and during the procedure. My father suffered from atrial fibrillation for several years. We decided to have an operation. The local cardiology clinic (in City of Bryansk) gave a referral for an appointment with Dr. Sheremet Anton Andreevich (doctors from the Pirogov clinic came to our city for a consultation to select patients for surgery). The doctor carefully studied the documents (tests, examination results), questioned the father in detail about his well-being and decided on the need for an operation to cauterize the foci of arrhythmia (RFA). After the operation, Anton Andreevich recommended that he see him again for a consultation a few months later. At the reception, he carefully examined the medical documents once again, made adjustments to the medication, and also advised to be monitored by a cardiologist at his place of residence. Seeing such an attitude to work, namely to patients, I would like to say a big thank you for your hard work! We can definitely say that this specialist is in his place!

Based on the results of the tests, I was sent to Anton A. Sheremet, who programmed the pacemaker he had installed earlier. At the same time, as in previous receptions, he was as correct as possible, gave full information on emerging issues, clarified identified health problems, and promptly responded to all the wishes and complaints of the patient.

My medical history began at the beginning of 2024. At first, I did not understand what was happening, then I was absent, and treatment began at the end of March at the district polyclinic. I moved to another clinic in the summer, it doesn't matter, the review is not about her. Since August, I have continued treatment at the clinic of High Medical Technologies on Fontanka, on an outpatient basis, but with the hope that I will be able to get to the operation of RFA to two cardiac arrhythmologists [...] and Dr. Anton Sheremet, I already knew that they work together. The cardiologist [...] introduced them to my problem, it was recognized that the operation was shown to me, they put me on the waiting list, so on the twentieth of November I was admitted to the cardiac surgery department of the clinic. I met Anton Andreevich in the operating room. The operation went well, as expected. He said he would be the attending physician, and for the next two and a little days I was under his supervision. Control studies were prescribed, which confirmed the success of the operation, and medications were prescribed for the postoperative period. In addition, Anton Andreevich, at my request, commented in detail on the content of some indicators of the cardiocycle (I regularly use a cardiocard that allows me to control the rhythm and some other indicators). I am very pleased with both the process and the result of my stay at the clinic. Dr. Anton Sheremet discharged me with a normal heart rate and rhythm.
