Hello. I am writing this review on behalf of my father, A. A. Emelyanov, who was referred on June 5, 2026, for scheduled hospitalization at the Pirogov Clinic on Fontanka, St. Petersburg State University, for CABG surgery. The operation was performed by Dr. Gleb Irlamovich Kim as part of a cardiac surgery team. On behalf of my father, I would like to thank Dr. Kim for the high-quality CABG surgery performed on June 9, 2026. I would especially like to note the doctor’s attentiveness to the patient, his positive attitude, and his smile, which also helped the patient feel more positive and reduced anxiety before such a serious operation. The doctor answered all questions before and after the surgery. Only positive impressions remained from the hospitalization. This is undoubtedly thanks to the doctors and the entire medical staff of the clinic.

In February 2026, I was admitted to […], where they said they would not be able to help me and referred me to the Pirogov Clinic. On May 12, I arrived at the clinic. It turned out that additional examinations were needed, and I was taken to another facility without any problems, where everything necessary was done. It was determined that the valve did not need to be repaired, and only bypass surgery was required. The operation went very well, everything was smooth, and on the second day I was transferred to the ward, where I recovered quickly. Gleb Irlamovich Kim was my attending physician and performed my surgery. He noticed that I needed one more examination, and it was done without any delays. I really liked Dr. Kim — he is an attentive and competent physician.

On March 20, 2026, I suffered a myocardial infarction and underwent inpatient treatment. On April 7, I had a consultation with G. I. Kim, who recommended CABG and mammary-coronary bypass surgery. By April 20, I was already hospitalized at the Clinic of High Medical Technologies. The surgery was performed on the day of admission, and the next day after surgery I was already transferred back to the department. Recovery was quick and painless.
