Reviews of Ruslan Kappushev

We were at the clinic with my mother for surgical treatment. The first thing that really surprised and pleased me was that there was no red tape, going from office to office, as is usually the case. The whole process has been precisely worked out and is aimed at saving the time and effort of sick people admitted to the hospital. All staff, starting from receptionists and ending with doctors. Every staff member is very attentive, polite and helpful. The department, like the entire clinic, is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. There is a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, wardrobe for clothes and shoes. The food is wonderful. Doctors monitor patients constantly and come for check-ups several times a day. Before the surgery, they provide consultations and explain everything in detail. Perhaps, after reading my review, someone might think, “That can’t be true—everything can’t be that good!” But we’ve experienced it ourselves and can say—it really can. Everything here is done to help patients as quickly as possible and restore their health. Ruslan Yusufovich Kappushev was our attending physician. Knowledgeable, always positive, attentive doctor. He was in touch with us all the time, 24/7. He explained everything in detail, supported, and encouraged my mother after the operation. Every day we wondered when he even rested or went home! Thanks to his golden hands, deep knowledge, and sense of responsibility, my mother recovered quickly. He kept us optimistic and gave us confidence that everything would be fine. A huge thank you to all the doctors, nurses, and orderlies—to the entire team of this wonderful clinic—for their help, compassion, attention, and responsible attitude to their work, and for the atmosphere of kindness they create. And of course, our sincere gratitude to our attending physician, Dr. Russlan Yusufovich Kappushev! We wish him many years of life, good health, and success in his difficult but very important and noble work!

After undergoing coronary angiography at her place of residence, my mother was referred to the Pirogov Clinic in St. Petersburg at 154 Fontanka River Embankment. On July 18, 2025, Ruslan Yusupovich Kappushev performed an off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting. The doctor is attentive to his patients. An excellent professional in his field. A doctor you can easily trust. I would also like to note the work of all the medical staff in the department: doctors and nurses. They are all great. You can feel that everyone truly wants to help. Thank you very much!

A confident and very reliable doctor. Huge thanks to him. Thank you so much that there are doctors like this. It has been a week since the surgery, and I feel absolutely wonderful.

I came to the clinic and was hospitalized. I underwent heart surgery (coronary artery bypass grafting). Many thanks to Dr. Ruslan Yusupovich for the excellent operation and for the overall care I received. I left with the most positive impression. My husband was experiencing severe headaches and chest pain in another region. The treatment he received there did not bring any positive results. He heard about the doctors in Saint Petersburg and, by referral, went to the Pirogov Clinic on Fontanka to see the surgeon Ruslan Yusufovich Kappushev. After his surgery and follow-up care under his attending physician, Larisa Yuryevna Kalashnikova, thank God, my husband began to feel calm and no longer suffered from those debilitating headaches. We are deeply grateful to the staff of this clinic for their professionalism and dedicated work! We wish health and prosperity to everyone working for the good of others and themselves!
