On April 22, I underwent aortic valve replacement surgery at the Pirogov Clinic. The operation was successful. • Minimally invasive valve replacement

In January 2026, I first experienced chest pain and shortness of breath. I had a consultation with a cardiac surgeon at the clinic, and in April I was called in for surgery. Upon admission, liver problems were discovered, so I underwent IV treatment for two days before undergoing a very complex operation. Recovery went smoothly without any complications. Throughout this entire time, Alexey Alexandrovich Filippov was by my side. During this period, he became a true friend to me. Many thanks to this wonderful cardiac surgeon for his work, care, and respect. He is the best doctor — with him, you feel calm and confident. I will recommend this wonderful physician to everyone. What I liked: Care, attention, support, and never feeling left alone.

On March 20, 2026, I suffered a myocardial infarction and underwent inpatient treatment. On April 7, I had a consultation with a cardiac surgeon at the clinic. CABG and mammary-coronary bypass surgery were recommended. On April 20, I was hospitalized at the Clinic of High Medical Technologies, and the surgery was performed immediately on the day of admission. The next day I was already transferred back to the department. Recovery was quick and painless. We would especially like to thank Alexey Alexandrovich Filippov and the entire staff of the cardiac surgery and intensive care departments. Alexey Alexandrovich responded to every request, answered all questions clearly, and was always smiling and welcoming. We will recommend these wonderful doctors to everyone. • Coronary artery bypass grafting

I was admitted to the hospital in a serious condition. During examination, the doctor carefully handled the situation and convinced me to undergo surgery. That is when I met this surgeon — and thank God for that. Despite all the tests, it was clear that bypass surgery would be difficult due to the condition of my vessels, and I was very worried. However, the professionalism of Alexey Alexandrovich Filippov gave me confidence. As I was told, there was a high risk of a fatal outcome, but thanks to this doctor’s hands, I am now able to write this positive review. I feel well now. I am grateful for the care he provided — he is truly dedicated and meticulously fights for every patient’s life. Together with his colleagues, they performed tremendous work during the operation and in the rehabilitation period. Thanks to their careful monitoring, I recovered quickly and am now at home, following treatment and staying in contact with the doctors remotely.
