I recovered very quickly and now feel well. I did not even know that such a wonderful clinic existed. I had even been refused treatment in Moscow and had to use nitrates several times a day, but now all of that is behind me. I suffered a heart attack in 2000 without realizing it at the time, and then in 2025 I had another heart attack. In February 2025, an echocardiogram showed a serious reduction in ejection fraction and scar changes in the myocardium. I was hospitalized in a cardiology department, where a stent was placed, but I did not feel better, and the ejection fraction remained just as low. I was helped only at the Pirogov Clinic on Fontanka. I was hospitalized on June 9, 2026. An echocardiogram and coronary angiography were performed, and the results were discouraging — the damage was serious. Still, the decision was made to perform surgery. On June 11, I underwent surgery. The next day, I was transferred from the ICU to the ward, and recovery went quickly. Alexey Alexandrovich Filippov was always nearby. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, visited me, and changed my dressings. Many thanks to Alexey Alexandrovich for the excellent surgery, care, and attention. I will recommend this doctor to everyone. What I liked: The location, the attitude of all clinic staff, and the care.

On May 18, I was admitted to this wonderful clinic, and already on May 19, I underwent surgery. Everything went perfectly; I did not even notice any difficulties.
