I was admitted to the Pirogov Clinic on Fontanka for a scheduled aortic valve replacement on September 22. I was immediately assigned Dr. Ilshat Shamilevich Asadullin as my attending physician. During our conversation, the doctor clearly explained everything that awaited me. The next day, he pleasantly surprised me by saying that the surgical method had been changed to a less invasive and more suitable one in my case. Every morning, even before 8 a.m., Dr. Asadullin made his rounds, personally asked about my condition, and informed me about upcoming procedures and tests. Right after the surgery, he checked on me and called my relatives to tell them that the operation was successful and to report on my condition. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Asadullin for his care, sincere kindness, and high professionalism. I really liked the clinic — especially its highly qualified medical staff.

In May 2025, I was diagnosed with a myocardial infarction and had a stent placed in my hometown. The cardiologist said that coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) would still be necessary. Opinions were divided — to do it or not. But after my wife and I had a consultation with Dr. Ilshat Shamilevich Asadullin, all doubts disappeared. Dr. Asadullin is a doctor from God! He calmly and clearly explained everything to us and described how the operation would proceed. On October 30, 2025, at St. Petersburg State University’s clinic, I underwent CABG surgery — it went successfully. I was very lucky that Dr. Asadullin was my attending physician. He is a doctor with a capital “D”, a wonderful and kind person. I was under his constant supervision. He visited me several times a day, changed dressings, ordered examinations, and stayed in touch with my wife at all times. Before discharge, he gave me very detailed recommendations. Now I am back home, and on behalf of our entire family, we express our deepest gratitude to Dr. Asadullin. We wish him strong health and continued success in his work. After my father underwent coronary angiography in our hometown, we were advised that coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) was necessary. We began searching for a cardiac center to perform the surgery. The waiting time for a federal quota at other cardiac centers was several months, while the operation had to be performed as soon as possible. After sending the documents to the Center of Cardiac Surgery and Interventional Cardiology of the N. I. Pirogov Clinic of High Medical Technologies, we quickly received a conclusion confirming the need for CABG and were assigned a hospitalization date only a month later. On October 2, 2025, my father was admitted to the Center of Cardiac Surgery and Interventional Cardiology. On the same day, he underwent repeat coronary angiography and open-heart bypass surgery. The operation ended at 9:30 p.m., and our attending physician, Ilshat Sh. Asadullin, kindly called us and informed us that the surgery had gone successfully. At 8 a.m. the next morning, he called again to report my father’s condition. There are no words to express our gratitude for such a caring attitude toward patients and their families! Dr. Asadullin is a highly professional doctor, intelligent, an excellent person, always attentive and tactful. He listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and his words inspire confidence that transfers to the patient. You feel calm knowing your loved one’s life is in good hands. Throughout the postoperative period, my father was surrounded by care and attention: Dr. Asadullin visited him several times a day, was constantly in touch with our family, the nurses responded instantly to any request, and all the staff of the department showed incredible kindness and responsiveness. All this gives patients confidence in their speedy recovery! Thanks to your coordinated work and support, they receive not only qualified medical care but also genuine compassion. On behalf of our entire family, I express heartfelt gratitude for your highest professionalism, attention, and humanity. We are endlessly grateful to everyone who was there. As a result of an examination at another clinic, I was diagnosed with coronary artery disease. That same day, Ilshat Shamilievich came to my clinic and told me that I urgently needed heart bypass surgery. This operation was covered under a quota and could be performed within the next two weeks. I agreed to the surgery, and everything happened exactly as the doctor had said. The surgery was performed within the specified time frame, at a high level. After the operation, I was sent for rehabilitation at a sanatorium. I am grateful for the professionalism, as well as for the support and care. I highly recommend him.
