I arrived in St. Petersburg, at the Pirogov Clinic, on referral from the cardiology department in Taganrog. On the very first day, I was admitted to the cardiac surgery department. The next day, I underwent coronary artery bypass surgery. My attending physician, Ilshat Shamilevich Asadullin, explained everything related to the surgery and the postoperative period very clearly and accessibly. He also explained how I should behave afterward. He is a very attentive and professional doctor. I am grateful to Ilshat Shamilevich for his kindness and understanding.
